Refund policy

If you wish to return a product for any reason other than a defect (i.e. wrong size ordered, cosmetic reasons, etc.), you may do so within 14 days of receipt of the product and we will refund you the full cost of the product less shipping costs. In the event your order qualifies for free shipping, we will deduct the actual cost of shipping from the refund.

To benefit from the return, the product must be returned in its original packaging without proof of use.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Delivery and Dispatch

Be sure to inspect all deliveries upon receipt. In case of shipping damage, note and take photos of any visible damage. Please notify us by email within 3 days of receipt so that we can raise the issue with the carrier in time to meet their service guidelines. We cannot assist with damages that are not reported within 3 days of receipt.
